The Kotary Coterie

Thank you for checking out my website. I have not really kept up with it. There is SOooo much more I could add. But I'm not taking it down cause there is still some relevant stuff on here.

I still provide live online sewing, crochet and knitting lessons. I will do an occasional in home lesson in Queens, Manhattan or Brooklyn on the weekends. If you want to schedule a private lesson you can go to http://takelessons.com/with/KimKotary

I am one of the few people in the US who will conserve/repair/restore handmade lace tablecloths and afghans. You can see a few pictures of my work on the Textile Conservation page. It is very difficult skilled work sometimes so it can be kind of expensive. Be forewarned so you won't be shocked. But, who can put a price on saving the lace table cloth or bedspread that your great grandmother crocheted or knitted.
